The reports on myfitnesspal.com seem incomplete to me. Source: 9 months ago
There are plenty of online resources that can assist you. For example, myfitnesspal.com has a guided setup under "goals" that calculates the amount of calories you should consume based on your age, height/weight and level of activity. Source: 12 months ago
It only takes a second to put your piece of chicken on a food scale and write down how much it weighs. Then it only takes a second to goto myfitnesspal.com and log it into your daily food diary. It seems overwhelming having to weigh and pay attention to everything you eat, but its actually really easy and becomes second nature over time. Source: 12 months ago
That is, of the 632 calories on Day 2, 16g were from protein, 42g from carbs, and 48g from fat. The myfitnesspal.com website makes it easy to input 'manual' foods from my respective meals, where I put in the calories, grams of fat, carbs and protein, and it calculates out the percentages / calories on a given day's diary. Hi there, good job losing the weight you have. I recommend myfitnesspal.com. You will need your accurate height also. But you can play around with the figures to see how much of a deficit you need/what your calorie goal should be etc. Ive used it for years, there is also a massive community and food database :). You don't have to use a VPN; you can go to hellofresh.co.uk, hellofresh.ca, hellofresh.ie hellofresh.com.au, or hellofresh.co.nz from the US (and I would presume most places) for recipes from English speaking countries, or if you can read/work out other languages or are ok with using machine translation, various European countries including hellofresh.es (Spain) hellofresh.de (Germany), hellofresh.nl... Source: about 1 year ago
Also hellofresh.ca, hellofresh.co.uk, and hellofresh.com.au, offer different recipes than the US HF. (hellofresh.de also exists if you are willing to deal with the recipes being in German). Source: over 2 years ago
You can in fact browse and search the recipes page on hellofresh.ca, hellofresh.com.au, hellofresh.co.uk, and (if you speak German or are willing to deal with recipe translation) hellofresh.de from within the US, and I don't see why they would be otherwise inaccessible. (except as a remote possibility within countries that heavily restrict internet access). Source: over 2 years ago
However, I will say that searching red lentils on the hellofresh.ca recipes turns up 32 results compared with 12 for lentils on hellofresh.com . Source: over 2 years ago
