The authoritative DNS servers used by dilbert.com and thefarside.com are down. The gocomics.com problem looks like something different (although could be related if it's relying on a backend server whose DNS server is the same as dilbert.com's). Source: over 1 year ago

Official Sites for raws and translation both, if you read on these sites it will help author directly, but they are usually behind fan translation and also you may have to pay to read there. Most famous sites are - [For Raws] Naver, Kakao Page [For English Translation] Webtoon, Tapas, Webnovel(have LN as well), Manga Toon [They all have Mobile Application as well].
