I believe it to be the case because I found the website ‘My Morning Routine’ and heard about all the successful people who were doing it themselves; I listened to episodes of Impact Theory and heard there about all the successful people doing it. EVERYONE knows they are not to wake me unless I ask them to. It often gives me a migraine to be dragged out of deep sleep.
