I've played around with some programs and websites (eg Audacity and mp3cut.net) and for slowing down audio tracks to 75% they sound fine, but not so much at 50%. I second what the person below me said. For myself, I use https://mp3cut.net/. This one lets you either upload from a URL or from your computer.
