There's an app/website called moovit which is the better version of google maps that's spesifically designed for public transport. You can set your destination to the airport and set a spesific arrival time, it'll tell you exactly when to leave, what public transport to use and where to get off the train. Jupe is another company, and they say they will give you one if you sign an agreement to have it on a rental network. Which might be something some people need to do but it requires land, and infrastructure to really get that going. Though you could DIY something like that. Source: over 2 years ago
