An easy way to do this would be to setup something like this (it's free) https://moonlight-stream.org/ if you have an Nvidia GPU. Otherwise, Steam can share your screen in a similar way but in my experience it's not that good. Source: 8 months ago
An alternative to jitsi would be mirotalk - browser based webRTC, selfhosted, some HTML edit to your personal favour (and to delete statistics-scripts) and you are fine.
