Monograph VS Roaming Hunger

Browse https://www.seattlefoodtruck.com and https://roaminghunger.com. They have trucks that go outside Seattle. Though I haven't booked through them, I have gotten quotes, which come back pretty quick. You can also narrow down by cuisine. Source: about 1 year ago

I feel like the food scene here is in it’s infancy. A lot of the fresher concepts are food trucks, imo. Find food trucks. Many have vegetarian options. Veg is actually pretty popular here. You might enjoy Spitz downtown. Source: almost 2 years ago
