  We implemented a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) on our project, [Monica](https://monicahq.com), to protect ourselves from potential legal action by contributors.   Thanks a lot for the comments! I have already registered the company in the US market. We started Google CPC campaigns with a smaller budget. Yes, we are seeing users registering now.
