Not a chance, it is still in my personal user history. Moreover, it would appear that with respect to time, the total number of upvotes is not changing at all. I tried to verify this with an upvote tracker: https://upvotetracker.com/ and we can see that indeed my post comments and upvotes were rapidly increasing, then suddenly it stopped ..
