I found two signatures. On the front there's Eric Helbig credited as Test Lead and Ben Cammarano credited as Director of Art at microsoft studios. I found them using mobygames.com I'll let you find the others. Source: about 1 year ago

I've been browsing the internet for a few days and only found one heavily compressed scan on mobygames.com and on Internet Archive. Depends on your country, but places like https://onerpm.com/ can automatically distribute to so many, including Spotify, Tidal, Apple, as well as Chinese ones too (my friend just published his new album and it was on a Chinese platform which he had no clue about). Source: almost 3 years ago
