  Have you swapped your motherboard recently? Because Windows keys have been converted to one time use for a while now. And when your system detects a new motherboard chipset it rings the piracy alarm basically and tells you to purchase a "legal copy of windows" even tho you already have.   Except you can very much buy xbox games (even digitally) from other retailers besides Microsoft. greenmangaming.com and amazon both sell xbox digital games, I'm sure other retailers offer codes too.
