Last time I had to deal with emails, I've used https://mjml.io/ and was very happy with it. You should absolutely try NetHunt CRM, its integration with Gmail and other Google products is superb. Our main requirement with CRM was fitting into G apps environment, we tried lots of them. Nethunt has the most "native" integration. Source: about 3 years ago
