All of my teams are remote so I feel you. My favorite tool for this is Figjam but Miro is nearly as good. Everyone connects to a virtual board and puts stickies on the board. The software includes a timer and even voting tools that are easy to use and visual for everyone. If you show them that you can identify value that they need created and can create it, you take a lot of that work off of their plate.
