Ayoa is like a combination of Slack, Miro and Trello in a single app. I love to work visually and with the mind mapping, combined with very visual task management (especially the canvas view), it is a nice way to work for me and the team. I can't wait for the new whiteboard view that Ayoa is releasing soon.....
I'm using Ayoa at work. After using Ayoa, it became possible to share the work of team members in real time. As a result, unnecessary or repetitive communication has been reduced. And Ayoa includes most of the functions needed for collaboration, such as Project Management, Gantt chart, Calendar, Mindmap, Brainstorm and Video Meeting. You can do most of the work within Ayoa without the need for multiple applications. Above all, Ayoa is able to share parts with the entire, playing a guiding role in achieving the team's goals.
AYOA is the evolution of iMindMap and now it is so much more. I am amazed by what this app can do! We can still do mindmaps, and we can have task management and project management! We can collaborate with colleagues and with our team members! And it all is perfectly integrated! And I know what's coming: videoconference and whiteboard! Then AYOA will be not only super but unbeatable! I manage many aspects of my business on AYOA and I recommend you give it a try!

We also had other tools in use, such as Miro. This tool was primarily used for visualizing certain process flows, like document change approval processes. Or at some point, we considered using boards in Asana because non-delivery processes were managed in that tool. All of my teams are remote so I feel you. My favorite tool for this is Figjam but Miro is nearly as good. Everyone connects to a virtual board and puts stickies on the board. The software includes a timer and even voting tools that are easy to use and visual for everyone. Figjam is one of the best tools available for getting remote team member to actively participate in discussions, brainstorming, etc. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
