• Read in the newspaper that Switzerland are in need of teachers. Why is it such an unpopular Profession, I heard that teachers are paid really well here in Switzerland

Many lose joy after the first tasks needing a bit of thinking, logical and problem solving skills… a lot of students today don‘t see a problem as motivation, they are not used to frustration, so they just stop.
