  I used to do a lot of copy/pasting from Slack to other apps. I didn't realize how much time it wasted until I recently discovered Mindmesh, a couple weeks ago #1 product of the day on Product Hunt.   I recently discovered Mindmesh, this week's #1 product of the day on Product Hunt. It helps bring work from all your tools, including Todoist, onto a centralized workspace.   My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
