To achieve this, I have been using a tool called Milk Video, which has unfortunately been a nightmare. The interface is wonky, the workflow is strange, and it constantly fails to save changes to transcripts. According to this website, you can expect about $4.18 per 1k views. This kids channel has 78M since 2018. That would suggest he's made about $326k in those five years. Now that assumes everyone watched the ads, which is unlikely. But even if it's 25% then he's made $81k doing this just from YT ad revenue.
