Don't get the purpose of this post but what kind of startup are we talking about? Different countries have different levels of ease for different types of startups. You can't start a successful startup in Israel if you're a Palestinian. I have a tax related question. If I purchase a pre-IPO stock in the secondary market or via crowdfunding sites like ourcrowd.com, then do I need to pay tax on any capital gains that the stock might have in subsequent funding rounds.
