Companies want it for free, and individuals don't have enough luxury time to be able to do it themselves. If you are creating Dynamic QR codes for free, it's most probably not safe. You may find QR code solutions like Beaconstac (http://beaconstac.com) which provide you a 14-day free trial to create dynamic QR codes but after the trial period ends, you will have to pay for a subscription to continue using them.
