EDIT: It's working now! AAA's Revenge worked fine for me, and with the other games I just had to change the URL to https://www.neopets.com (it was https://neopets.com before and didn't work). Just for anyone else who has this issue in the future! Source: 8 months ago

It could be that they are using Neoboard Pens (NC Item) which gives additional slots to save signatures as well as more characters in your signature. You could also try removing the http:// and just doing www.neopets.com or even neopets.com. Source: about 1 year ago
