I moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.
Based on our record, bitwarden seems to be a lot more popular than Metriport. While we know about 605 links to bitwarden, we've tracked only 24 mentions of Metriport. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
• Cronometer With these initial integrations, we plan to add many more to this list, including Garmin, Apple Health, and Google Fit in the near term. We work very closely with our customers, so if there’s an integration you need that’s not currently on roadmap, we’re more than happy to add it and build it into our API. Because we’re also open-source, developers can fork our code and build their own custom... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
As some of you may have already saw, over the summer we made the difficult decision to pivot our business, and go after a similar problem in the healthcare space, with the main goal to make healthcare data more accessible. For those interested in finding out more about this, you can check out this recent write up about us, or check out our newly revamped website. Source: over 1 year ago

My friend and I are both Apple Watch owners and we made an app this year to get better insights into our data, but now we're looking at other wearables out there to see what else is possible in terms of unique data and insights. Curious to see hear from those in this community of why they chose to go with Whoop! Source: almost 2 years ago
5 months ago, we made a post here telling the story of what we learned from quitting our jobs to build and release Metriport from scratch in 11 weeks. We wanted to follow up since that post, as a lot has happened since then, including getting featured on TechCrunch and more recently getting accepted into Y Combinator's S22 batch of startups. While not every site has adopted passwordless logins, a better way to secure your accounts that still use passwords is by using a password manager like Bitwarden or 1Password. They help you create strong, unique passwords and remember them easily. Most password managers come with autofill features that make it easy to use across devices. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago

For passwords and 2FA I use Bitwarden in combination with a self-hosted Vaultwarden service (for imcreased security and use of pro features for free). Source: 6 months ago
First it's good to use a password manager, however it's not a good idea to use the one built into your browser. I would suggest switching to BitWarden or similar (not LastPass). Source: 6 months ago
I just noticed today when relogging in on Bitwarden (I couldn't sync my vault) that it said "Logged in as [email] on __$2__" instead of "Logged in as [email] on bitwarden.com". I don't know why or how that happened, and I have no idea what it means. Did I screw up somehow? Just to be clear, I did login and just after I logged in my brain realized that it said "__$2__" instead of what it should say. Source: 6 months ago
