   Saved a ton of money thanks to these guys!

   I had couple of hijackers on my listings I wasn't aware of, thanks to them I got removed most of them..

  I'd advise just starting off with a basic Wordpress/Woocommerce, just buy a decent theme and good hosting, the rest of the setup won't be that much more work than setting everything up on another platform, as you say it doesn't need to be perfect, just work.   Probably not exactly the route you're looking for but the easiest way to do this is to install Metorik https://metorik.com/ and you'll get the ability to do this and more. I highly recommend this to anyone using Woo. Source: over 2 years ago
