You can use Forecast Bar for free, if you just manually update it by clicking the button on the bottom. The only thing you miss is seeing the info in the icon in the menu bar, but you can use another free app for that, like Meteorologist (which is not so bad itself as a weather app) - that's what I do. I wouldn't recommend Nazaré for a beginner. If you're in Lisbon it's best if you check in windguru.cz if you can understand the swell sizes + wind and go to Praia de Carvavelos for example. (Very big sand beach where there's a lot of schools and newbies. Source: about 1 year ago
