w2g is currently bugged at the moment; until it's fixed, I recommend you use a dedicated website/extension like https://getmetastream.com/ or https://hyperbeam.com/ as it is far better because you can use them for any site. We currently have the Matrix protocol, with client applications such as Element supporting it. We also have XMPP as another option.
