I use brave, google (for technical subjects when I can't find answer with brave), and for anything that has a remote chance to be censored I use engines with their own crawlers : fireball.de, gigablast.com, yandex.com and other browsers to be sure but I don't think they have their own crawler : lycos.com, swisscows.com, mojeek.com, metager.de. Thanks for the HN treatment. As a followup piece, a Google response of this being "a bug". Followup story, my return rate for CC licensed images of "dog" went from 3 to 13. Last time I've checked, Creative Commons had their own search for things under their licenses.
