I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for or not, but there's a program I use called Memento Database (https://mementodatabase.com/) that would probably work great for that. You could make a database with an entry for each person, and a tags field where you could tag them with various attributes, and then you can search for any tag or combination of tags. There is an app called Pocket, also a Chrome extension which allows you to saves links and you can tag them to organise. If you use this on mobile, use the ‘share via’ on LinkedIn and you save to Pocket. That’s how I do it! Hope that helps. Source: about 1 year ago
