Try, running as administrator, installing another game patch/crack from https://gf.wiretarget.com/ or https://megagames.com/ if nothing works try downloading all redists, frameworks, libraries or whatever that are required for your game. In hundreds of ranked games, I was just once (at the beginning of it) selected to rogue-ban in a ranked match.
