I have never seen a multi cam product that comes w a built in hub/automated switching unit. Especially if you’re trying to use external mics. What you describe is more likely an internet speed or WiFi issue than an equipment issue. WiFi access point needs to be in the room, and if 50 people have their phones connected to the same WiFi, you’re going to need more bandwidth.
