I agree but it can make searching for current information difficult. The googled result I referred to above was based off of results from medscape.com and the next result was a 2010 article from jrheum.org. The article I linked to was lower in the list. Source: over 1 year ago

Medscape.com: Approximately 10%-15% of human bite wounds become infected owing to multiple factors. The bacterial inoculum of human bite wounds contains as many as 100 million organisms per milliliter and is made up of as many as 190 different species. Many of these are anaerobes that flourish in the low redox environment of tartar that lies between human teeth or in areas of gingivitis. Most injuries due to human... Source: almost 3 years ago

If you mean field references, then the apps recommended by Nate are good. If you mean references for research then Up to Date is gold standard but hideously expensive unless your employer is paying. For teaching I use really good free sources like medscape.com, StatPearls.com, and the online Merck manual. They are written by qualified people and edited by equally qualified people. This is very very simple. The answer is yes. You're so naive you believe factcheck.org. Source: about 1 year ago
  • The narrative "Hunter Biden has 'nothing to do' with his Father and is not a president so his laptop doesn't matter" is a joke. President Biden was literally caught selling discounted oil to a Chinese company his son owns, at the height of gas prices in the US.
I presented you the facts. He was listed as an owner and shareholder still as of time it was fact checked by factcheck.org in both the USA and China. Source: about 1 year ago

Since you get your news from bombastic headlines, let's educate you with data from factcheck.org, again, not conservative leaning at all (it's run by RAND corp, and has a "Lean Left" rating from Allsides Media Bias Rating. Factcheck says, "There also was no part of the state’s lawsuit that dealt with allegations that the Trump Foundation “stole from a kids cancer charity,” as the posts claim. That detail appears... • "Mayor Adams says NYC has run out of hotel rooms for asylum seekers," considers setting up tent camps in Central Park
Factcheck.org is a 'leftist' source? What does that mean to you? What is leftist about the facts portrayed? Or is it that you can't comprehend the facts that makes it leftist? Source: about 1 year ago
