MealPal Reviews

A ranking of Ritual vs. all the other meal pick-up apps in Toronto
MealPal's a pretty convenient option if you're not the type who likes to pack a lunch, ever. You can also pause your plan, which comes in handy if you go out of town.

I stopped making lunch for a week and switched to Ritual, the order-ahead app sweeping San Francisco that lets you skip the line. Here's what I found.
Also, one advantage to Ritual over MealPal is that you don't have to select a plan and pay up front each month. You can use Ritual as much or as little as you'd like in a given month and there's no sunk cost. Personally, even $6-$7 is still a bit much for lunch. I did enjoy the Ritual experience and the tasty options, but this week, I've already moved back to my PB&J's.
3 Takeout Apps That Will Change your Dinner Game
It works like this: Every day, MealPal serves up a range of restaurants for you to choose from, all located in close proximity to your current address. Pre-select your order, then at lunch (or dinner), just walk to pick up your food. No delivery means big savings.
