I don't know for Bedrock edition, however for Java I use MCreator, which is a code-free mod maker https://mcreator.net/ you can import models for items, blocks, and armor and maybe more. However for Bedrock I would reccomend looking for a tutorial with a google search. Source: about 2 years ago
