I just found MaruOS. It appears to be exactly what I was looking for. They are a little small apparently. They support only Nexus and Pixel phones and one Samsung's device. Hopefully they'll have a bright future. Source: over 2 years ago

Nobody else (that I saw) mentioned it, but PostmarketOS [0] has a decent number of (community) supported devices, is Free and more than a de-Googled Android distro - it's actually based on Alpine Linux.
