I'm a hobbyist with recreational land, but I've been able to get surprisingly good results using a DJI Mavic Mini (not Mini 2) and mapsmadeeasy.com (I also use dronelink.com to plan the drone mapping missions). I then postprocess on mapsmadeeasy with a few ad-hoc GCPs to fix georeferencing and eliminate curvature (though I haven't had any trouble with that on a small scale since I started using a checkerboard/grid... Jobs which "price out" at <250 points are free, which is intended to help you learn the service on a small-scale before paying, but ends up covering many small recreational jobs fully. The costs over 250 points are very reasonable. For my use, I've actually bought a package of points from them even through every single one of my runs so far has been under 250... There are a number of steps you can take to make an original of this following a similar idea. So the Etsy shop has images from multiple angles. Alternatively you can grab each frame from the shining with the desired facial expression and use a photogrammetry program and export to blender or whatever you use for 3D modeling.
