Application Control Plus is a security product from ManageEngine that automates the upkeep of application whitelists and blacklists in an enterprise environment. This solution heightens network security by preventing unsafe applications like remote desktop sharing software, end-of-life applications and software that work on peer-to-peer architecture from making their way into your network.

Applications of such nature can compromise network security and also act as gateways for malware intrusion. The application whitelisting feature of the product enables you to actively monitor and manage a list of trusted applications that are allowed to install on client machines across your network.
