Since 2003 we’ve been designing, building and operating bespoke customer servicing focused systems for companies and organisations around the world. We’ve seen first hand the positive and transformative effect these systems deliver to our clients and their users. We’ve learnt a lot along the way about how best to design such systems and the features and technical approaches that make things stable, robust and usable. It has long been an ambition of ours to create a powerful, flexible and easy to use SaaS product available at a very competitive price. Malcolm! is that ambition realised. We hope that businesses large and small, all over the world, will use Malcolm! to make their own business better.

The main problem with metadata is that it is often erased by broad editors, making it impossible to disclose information about a person. And the fact that almost everyone uses editors, that is why there is no chance to read them. In addition, EXIF is very easy to erase or change on your own using exifpurge.com, so it is impossible to fully verify this search method. Source: about 2 years ago
For tools, on PC, the go-to tools has been EXIF Purge, and there are several tools on both App Store and Play Store (I use Imagepipe). Samsung (and Google Camera, apparently) allows disabling location tags in their camera app, though if you don't trust them and find its result to be OK, then you can use Open Camera instead.
