77,686 approved products
Last week I added a new dynamic data point to the homepage of SaaSHub - the number of all approved products. As of now, there are a total of 77,686 approved products. It may not seem much, but it's just 5,000 behind one of my top competitors - AlternativeTo. Of course, the number of listed products isn't paramount. Postgres Trigram indexes VS Algolia
One of the top competitors of SaaSHub - is using Algolia for their search autocomplete. I'd suggest testing their search and SaaSHub's. You won't find many differences in the UX or speed.
Does it make sense to have a monthly subscription for a premium listing in a software marketplace? : Entrepreneur
The second option I'm considering is accepting sponsorships and displaying sponsors' logos at the bottom of most pages. I just don't want to clutter the site with "regular" ads. For example, one of my biggest competitors is "" and their UI is a bit cluttered and "noisy".

  • Learning Adobe
I would like to begin learning the basics of Adobe CC on my own from home. I see offers on and that offer certification bundles for the seemingly too good to be true 97% discount, around $33. Are these legit? Also looking at a subscription to Linkedin Learning and starting there. Or can I get away with just going through the tutorials that are provided with a subscription to Adobe CC? - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
