Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. While you have to pay a little bit for the premium account, I highly recommend it as it allows you send up to 2000 emails a day, personalized based on the columns in your spreadsheet that you connect to it... This would not help, since humans are trained to respond like robots. They vaguely understand your support request and then copy-paste a knowledge base support blog post at you. You explain you've read the support info and it doesn't apply to your case, at which time they're trained to say "I am so sorry, but that is all the support I am able to provide at this time".
