Based on our record, Mailmeteor should be more popular than Brevo. It has been mentiond 60 times since March 2021. Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
