Mailfence is an encrypted email service that offers OpenPGP based end-to-end encryption and digital signatures. Mailfence comes with a plethora of features that boost collaboration without compromising security and convenience. Mailfence documents allow you to safely store and edit documents, you can also share docs with your team with the push of a button. Mailfence calendar will keep your tasks, meetings, and events all in one secure place. Mailfence contacts will store your contacts and it will give you the ability to create mailing lists to maximize efficiency. We designed Mailfence to be a fully interoperable suite, which means you can synchronize Mailfence with most services out there. Mailfence business offers fully customizable whitelabel versions of the Mailfence interface. To put the cherry on top, Mailfence donates 15% of revenues of PRO subscriptions to IFF and EDRI to bolster the fight for Online privacy.
SimpleLogin is an open-source email alias solution that allows you to protect your email via "email alias": just use alias instead of email address everywhere. Emails sent to an alias are forwarded to your mailbox. If you want to reply, just hit "reply" and the reply will come from your alias, keeping your personal email hidden. You can also send emails from alias, making alias just a "normal" email address. Because of that, alias can be used as business email: all SimpleLogin team emails are actually aliases :).

I am client since 3 years now, and they recently updated the platform's User Interface, which I'm very happy with. I have a peace of mind, have integrated it for all of my business email accounts (for my employees, etc). Also private use. Also, its suite of tools is complete and fully convenient. Highly recommended!
No complaints or issues with Mailfence whatsoever, I have been switching between different google alternatives for the past year now, and so far I have stayed with Mailfence the longest. Hands down the best support system I have seen so far. Quick responses and really friendly.
As for features and design, they are still improving and adding things. One of the best things is that you dont need to download anything to take advantage of the end-to-end-encryption. At the moment I am really satisfied with how everything looks and feels. It's hard to say what the product will look like in say 2 years, but it's really nice seeing a product evolve like that and being part of the journey.
I started using Mailfence a while back i was a free user at first but soon i found out that was a bit limited then i subscribed to the Entry subscription just to see if it would make any difference. The value that I got was immense for just 2.50$/month I get IMAP support, tons of storage for files and emails. Support also is top-notch really helpful and always willing to help they reply within minutes. Overall I think it's a really cool alternative to Google's Gmail,g drive and G calendar.
Works great. I've been a premium subscriber for a while and everything works well. New features are released frequently.
SimpleLogin is the best email alias service. Having used it for several months now, for both my personal and pro emails and everything just works.
The team is very reactive and new features are constantly released. They are also transparent about how emails are handled.
Open source and can be self-hosted, I guess we cannot ask more from an email service.
Based on our record, SimpleLogin seems to be a lot more popular than Mailfence. While we know about 271 links to SimpleLogin, we've tracked only 24 mentions of Mailfence. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I have activated the short domain (mf.me) , but I have a lot of email filters that filter my incoming mail by which alias they are using. I'm wondering if I have to reenter all of the aliases with the mf.me domain in my filters or whether the filtering system will automatically filter the incoming email regardless of which domain is used (mailfence.com or mf.me). Security, privacy, and anonymity are three concepts crucial to Mailfence. Our email suite has been designed to take all three into account, making it a unique solution. We also believe each of them should be a concern to you, even to varying degrees. But in some instances, they may overlap, and it can be tricky to distinguish them. What exactly is security? Privacy, and anonymity? How do they differ? And how... Source: over 1 year ago

>Email aliases, mailing lists, subaddressing and catch-all addresses support. Another feature that would be nice to have built-in is masked hide-my-email aliases for privacy like the cloaked email services from iCloud, FastMail, SimpleLogin, Cloudflare email routing, etc.[1] For now, I use the typical aliases addresses in Dovecot but it doesn't hide the real email when replying. Also, creating new... - Source: Hacker News / 27 days ago
