I am in the process of closing down my accounts with Intuit (Mint.com & Credit Karma). CleanTalk is a great plugin that's only about $12 per year, and I've read some people on this sub say that they use it along with Antispam Bee, which is free. It uses Clean Talk's servers to do all the spam detection, so it won't slow down your site.
