The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is https://github.com/benjaminoakes/maid. But the rules are created in Ruby which is not really easy for some users. And as far as I know there is no graphical user interface. Source: about 2 years ago

Instead of using webpacker you should move to esbuild or importmap.
