It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.
Apart from that, I consider https://typora.io not bad. As far as I know, this should also display pictures. And it also supports YAML Front Matter. - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
I used Typora to open a markdown file and exported it as an epub. Viewing the epub in Okular the div code worked. Then I tried viewing it in Foliate I got some unexpected results. Perhaps it depends on your epub reader. - Source: Reddit / 29 days ago
