• It should be considered morally fine to leave your S.O. because they're suffering from a severe physiological illness such as cancer... even if it's actually because of said illness.

  I'm confused about what 'considered morally fine' would even mean here because people who agree on what is generally the right or wrong thing still do make exceptions when presented with a moral dilemma.
