Everything I'd read previously seemed to suggest Krusader or Midnight Commander was the way to go but it looks like Rsync should do the trick (I'm new to Linux / Unraid). It wakes your machine up (if properly setup) and performs a incremental backup during the night. There are other ways using free software but they are advanced and mostly only worth if you want to learn how to get those things work. Source: about 2 years ago
