Pretty sure Nate uses the same workflow I do, since I followed his tutorial haha (see this link), but basically, it's LRTimelapse (Level and Ramp Timelapse, not Lightroom Timelapse). It's a separate program that allows you to assign keyframes for a sequence, then edit those keyframes in Lightroom (with only a few restrictions on how you can edit them), then LRT will automagically generate the setting for the... If you're still interested in Stop Motion there's a really useful piece of software called "Monkey Jam" which combines a load of pictures into a video file, it's freeware though hasn't been updated in nearly a decade, I still use it as it saves pissing about one frame at a time.
