While not animation software, both loom.com and scribehow.com are a version of this. Loom is pure video and audio, Scribe is a combo of screenshots and written steps. It 'watches' what you do, then makes an instructional guide that can be edited later. Source: about 2 years ago

Both ScreenRun and Loom let you record your screen with your webcam, but ScreenRun adds zooming effects to your videos, automatic subtitles and everything runs in your browser for your privacy. ScreenRun creates a video as MP4 that you can then share directly on social media or work Slack, etc. Loom requires an internet connection to record your video since it uploads chunks to the Loom server as you record, which can sometimes lead to video quality issues. However, Loom generates a link that you can share with people.
