I don't think Victoria is your market, fashion is notoriously casual here. Also what's the purpose? Like a local LookBook or more to avoid wearing something similar? It might appeal more to high school or university students since it's kind of a closed environment but I'm not sure caring so much about what other people are wearing is healthy. I called just a while ago and the CS agent looked into it. Apparently (according to her) it only triggers automatically if it is coded Saks.com. I paid through the Saks app and it apparently coded 'saksfifthavenue.com'. The CS agent even went to Saks.com and was re-routed to saksfifthavenue.com. . Apparently Amex's system doesn't auto-trigger the credit in this case. Source: 9 months ago

I've had my eye on them for a little while and that's pretty much the best deal I've seen. You can also buy from saksfifthavenue.com. They often have 10% off and other offers. Not a stupid question at all. Currently saks.com is the same as saksfifthavenue.com, but it is technically a luxury e-commerce company that is separate from the Saks Fifth Avenue fleet of brick-and-mortar stores. Both are owned by the Hudson Bay Company and you can do stuff like return items from saks.com to your local store, but it sounds like these will probably diverge more significantly in the future.
