  • 30f and I feel like I forgot how to dress or maybe today’s fashion trends are not for me. I’m a curvy and a somewhat modest.
I used to love using websites like lookbook.nu or pinterest to bookmark looks I liked but that became so overwhelming. Source: 10 months ago

Closer to 2040: Early 2010s are back but make it high-brow Lookbook.nu look revival. Source: 11 months ago
  • What do you think about an app where you post your outfit of the day and see/like other outfits at in Victoria, with all outfits resetting at midnight?
I don't think Victoria is your market, fashion is notoriously casual here. Also what's the purpose? Like a local LookBook or more to avoid wearing something similar? It might appeal more to high school or university students since it's kind of a closed environment but I'm not sure caring so much about what other people are wearing is healthy. If I wanted to pin it exactly I'd say pic 1 was lookbook.nu circa 2009, peak thigh-highs and thigh gap era. Source: about 1 year ago

Do people still use lookbook.nu? I know the site started from streetwear inspo.. Source: over 1 year ago

  • Going to Tokyo for five days! Any stationery store recommendations?
I also recommend checking amazon.co.jp out as you'll have the option for certain products to ship to a konbini closest to your lodgings for pick up (they e-mail you a QR/barcode and you show it to the attendant; if you miss the pick up, they automatically return and refund you). This is especially useful if you're short on time and will help you streamline your itinerary so you're not going super far out of your... Source: 5 months ago
  • My Copic alternative overview, battle tested
When buying off Amazon, always use https://keepa.com/ to track the price and get the best deal. Always read the seller reviews (product reviews are usually fake and useless). Source: 5 months ago
  • Just like every year the amazon PrimeDayDeals are a bloody lie. for example Samsung is 31% off... back to the price it WAS less than a month ago. Was primeday ever good? or was it always just fake?
PSA: You can use a tool like Keepa to view historic prices of items on Amazon. It's a browser extension that injects into Amazon's website underneath the initial product listing. Will show you normal prices, the used prices, if the price was a lightning deal (a la Prime Day etc). Source: 10 months ago
  • Don't fall for Prime Day deals
Keepa.com is actually better. I have been using camelcamelcamel for years, but it started to NOT show the correct historic for a few items. But the keepa extension solved it. Source: 10 months ago
  • Prime Day is today, Bissell CrossWave Cordless Max All in One and Roomba i4 EVO at half price!
Keepa.com is my go to site for price history. Source: 10 months ago
