Internationalization (i18n) pain for a documentation project is a process problem, not a feature gap. Documentation frameworks are not meant to translate your developer docs for you into the language of your choice. Some frameworks might offer i18n support, like the Crowdin support in Docusauraus v2. I would suggest trying out decks on free simulators like duelingnexus.com first before you decide on what to invest on. You'll be swimming in free gems as a new player but you'll find it'll dry up pretty fast, its better to get a decent feel for a deck and how it plays before you spend your gems building it.
