I would assume not. They seem to be CG-Nat based modems, you'd need to invest in solutions like localxpose or gaming vpns like Cyberghost VPN if you need ports. I don't think CG-Nat will ever support port forwarding. Source: 12 months ago

I thought about UPNP, which from what I remember allow any device to open port in the router. There appears to be an UPNP IGD server in the router, I can find it using tools like this one : https://sourceforge.net/projects/upnp-portmapper/ , and I can add ports to it.
